Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Gen3 Electric & HVAC. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at residential and commercial sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to assess needs and develop installation plans.
• Conduct site assessments to determine equipment requirements and system layouts.
• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, as well as company safety protocols.
• Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior installers and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including any necessary documentation and customer follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of [X years] of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of successful project leadership.
• Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
