SparklingCraft LLC is looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Provider to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch heating and cooling services to commercial clients across the USA.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation and Repair
• Install new commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers, following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment malfunctions, such as mechanical failures, electrical issues, and refrigerant leaks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Perform routine commercial HVAC maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components to prevent breakdowns and prolong system lifespan.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to restore functionality.
• Client Satisfaction and Communication
• Provide technical guidance to clients on commercial HVAC system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency best practices.
• Document all service activities, including repairs and maintenance tasks, for accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Prepare cost estimates for clients.
Create records of materials used for projects.
Requirements
• Valid HVAC technician license issued in the USA.
• Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, components, and controls, including refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Must have your own tools and transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex commercial HVAC issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
• Clean driving record.
Benefits and Salary
