At DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company, we are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences through our expert HVAC Service Technicians. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Lead to lead our service team and deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician, a valid driver's license, EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure, and strong communication skills. You will also have the ability to work effectively with an iPad and phone for job finalizations.
As an HVAC Service Lead, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and training our service technicians
• Ensuring timely completion of jobs and excellent customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Our competitive hourly rate is $45-$65 per hour, depending on experience.
