Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional who can confidently turn leads into satisfied customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gas furnaces, boilers, central air, and heat pumps, and be able to explain technical information in layman's terms.
The successful candidate will meet new people each day, personally connect with customers, and build a strong rapport. They will work 8-10 hours, five days a week, with some emergency weekend work, and early and/or late weekday meetings as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. You will also participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
