Job Description
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for daily morning briefings with your team, dispatching for the day, and managing the team's progress throughout the day.
You will lead an installation team installing residential HVAC equipment, including split systems, mini splits, and package units. Basic tooling is required, and service and repair background is a plus. EPA certification is required, NATE certification is a plus.
