About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Team Customer Service Representative to join our team in Anaheim, CA. As a key member of our plumbing operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inbound calls, and scheduling plumbing calls while dispatching for the plumbing department.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
• Scheduling plumbing calls while dispatching for the plumbing department
• Making outbound plumbing calls to our existing customer base
Work Environment
Our CSRs typically work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. You will be working closely with our plumbing team to ensure efficient communication and scheduling for our plumbing operations. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $18 to $24 an hour, plus commissions and other benefits.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience as a CSR or dispatcher with a plumbing company
• Proficiency using Service Titan software
• Phone customer service experience (preferred)
• Sales experience (preferred)
