About the Job
We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and electrical and control systems.
Responsibilities
• Provide preventive maintenance services on commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems, as well as refrigeration equipment.
• Perform startups and troubleshooting for various commercial HVAC systems.
• Meet with customers to evaluate their needs and make recommendations.
Qualifications
• EPA Universal Certified.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Registered with TDLR.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Social Security card, current driver's license, and good driving record.
