Key Responsibilities:
• Manage crews as they install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine job walks and site surveys to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Respond to emergency in-field project issues promptly and effectively
• Prepare submittals for Project Assistants and review spec summaries for accuracy
• Estimate costs for small hand tickets and tracks projects from start to finish
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Commercial and Industrial HVAC required
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams essential
• Ability to handle physical workload and travel up to 20% of the time
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Currently possess a TACLA Number
Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
