About the Job:
HVAC Systems Technician Lead
Talent Corps is seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Technician Lead to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers and cooling towers. They must also be able to manage a team of technicians, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of HVAC technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Develop and implement training programs for technicians
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• EPA certification required
Estimated Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
