We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Professional to join our team at Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. As an HVAC Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their heating and cooling systems are running efficiently and effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. Job Description:
• Report to customers' homes on time and arrive prepared to complete the job.
• Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips, and techniques for damage prevention.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replenishing refrigerants and replacing filters.
• Install thermostats, dehumidifiers, or timers, and provide instruction on proper use.
• Replace components, such as coils, compressors, and controls, as needed.
• Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience.
• Complete all work processes while maintaining safe working conditions and personal safety.
• Document, in detail, the outcome of every work order.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Possession of a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Possess great mechanical aptitude and strong knowledge of equipment, tools, and methods commonly applied in repairing air conditioning and heating equipment.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical instructions and communicate effectively with clients.
• Accurate diagnostics ability and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Computer knowledge and the ability to apply necessary software tools for HVAC duties.
