About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled commercial HVAC maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and electrical and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide preventive maintenance services on commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems, as well as refrigeration equipment.
• Meet with customers to evaluate their needs and make recommendations.
• Perform startups and troubleshooting for various commercial HVAC systems.
Requirements
• EPA Universal Certified.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Registered with TDLR.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
