Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop a team of skilled technicians
• Recruit, train, and mentor new hires
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to forecast staffing needs and plan accordingly
• Monitor technician productivity and implement strategies to improve performance
• Ensure seamless communication between technicians and customers
• Lead regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and best practices
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a management role
• Technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively
