About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Low Temperature HVAC Repair Expert to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have experience in completing assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems, or structures. They will also ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed to a high standard, responding to spills and other emergency situations as needed.
Additionally, they will travel to customer sites to provide required repairs, maintenance, and service to HVAC units. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for this purpose.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available. They must also have low-temperature refrigeration experience, a mechanical background, experience with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers, and be EPA Universal Certified.
A valid driver's license is also required. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience, preferably with 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a leading provider of facilities solutions, with a competitive salary range of $80.00/hr to $90/hr (Union Scale) as listed on the job requisition. A sign-on bonus is also available.
