Senior HVAC Technician Wanted:
Aerotek is seeking a seasoned HVAC Foreman to join our team in the Bay Area. As a critical member of our operations team, you will oversee commercial projects, ensuring quality control and timely completion. With a strong background in HVAC, team management, and estimating, you will excel in this challenging role.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
Duties:
• Lead commercial HVAC projects, focusing on gas stations, multi-family buildings, and commercial new constructions.
• Drive company-provided trucks between work sites.
• Perform hands-on HVAC work as needed, particularly in the short term.
• Schedule work and crews in collaboration with the BDM (Acting Ops Manager).
• Estimate project requirements and costs, with training available if needed.
• Manage a team of six HVAC technicians organized into teams of two.
• Communicate and coordinate with general contractors and other subcontractors.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation.
