Project Leader Sought:
Aerotek is hiring an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee commercial projects in the Bay Area. With a focus on quality control, scheduling, and team management, this role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to lead high-profile projects.
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Responsibilities:
• Lead commercial HVAC projects, focusing on gas stations, multi-family buildings, and commercial new constructions.
• Ensure quality control across multiple job sites daily.
• Drive company-provided trucks between work sites.
• Perform hands-on HVAC work as needed, particularly in the short term.
• Schedule work and crews in collaboration with the BDM (Acting Ops Manager).
• Estimate project requirements and costs, with training available if needed.
• Manage a team of six HVAC technicians organized into teams of two.
• Communicate and coordinate with general contractors and other subcontractors.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation.
Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial HVAC.
• Quality control expertise.
• Scheduling experience.
• Team management or leadership experience.
• Estimating skills.
• EPA 608 certification.
