Job Description:
The Senior HVAC Service Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring that they are equipped to provide top-notch service to our customers. This includes supervising and developing the technician workforce, forecasting and hiring needs, and ensuring that productivity meets or exceeds goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, with management experience a plus. They must be able to conduct professional conversations with customers, resolve concerns locally, and maintain continuous education in the technical field.
The Senior HVAC Service Operations Manager will also be responsible for conducting weekly service meetings, providing recognition to top performers, and performing inspections of vans and equipment.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
• Management experience a plus
• Technical knowledge necessary to provide value to our technicians and customers
