Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team in various HVAC positions, including Lead Installer, Installer, Service Technician, and Lead Service Technician. As a Service Technician at Holbrook Heating Inc, you will be responsible for installing residential heating and air conditioning systems in adherence to company standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a diverse range of HVAC equipment, demonstrating expertise in decision-making for effective resolutions.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit advanced customer service skills, maintaining open communication and professional conduct with clients.

Requirements:
• Certifications: Universal EPA Certification, NATE Certification, Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Driving Record: Insurable driving record required
