We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone and email.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to problem-solve. You will be working closely with our distribution teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer opportunities
Estimated salary: $20.50-23.75 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law.
