We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Johnson Controls. This role offers a competitive salary of $45-$52 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings through incentive programs.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have practical working experience in light commercial or heavy commercial mechanical equipment. They will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers, identifying building inefficiencies, and resolving service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems
• Providing recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities are running efficiently
• Upselling opportunities to support customer needs
• Collaboration with Journeymen in the repair of complex machinery
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
• TWO years of Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry
• A commitment to obtaining a 30-Hour OSHA Certification
• Excellent computer skills and verbal/written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• FIVE years of Commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry
• Refrigeration Certification
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
