MURRAY'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING is seeking an experienced HVAC Assistant Service Manager to lead our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Job Overview
This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of these systems in residential and light commercial settings.
Responsibilities
• Team Management: Manage and develop a team of technicians, providing technical support on-site and via phone to ensure services meet company and industry standards.
• Service Project Management: Ensure service-related projects are quoted to customers promptly and within budget.
• Equipment Installation: Assist with estimating equipment installation according to company standards.
• Customer Support: Participate in on-call rotation to assist with customer serviceability.
• Technical Skills: Be proficient with computers, iPads, phones, and other office equipment.
• Multitasking: Demonstrate ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities.
• Communication: Coordinate with estimator and office staff for essential business operation issues.

What We Offer
MURRAY'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING offers a competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
