Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Sales Center Lead to join our team at Baker Distributing. This role is responsible for managing sales and operations at one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Representing Baker as a leader in the industry
• Determining and monitoring inventory stock levels
• Managing merchandising of sales showroom
• Keeping abreast of technical developments and changes in product lines
• Ensuring proper turns and minimum loss throughout the year
• Responsible for Center's P&L
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and leading a diversified work force
• Interacting with customers, outside salespeople, and vendors
• Conducting oneself professionally and courteously
• Cordinating Center training and Company/Center events
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
