We are seeking a Residential HVAC Solutions Consultant to join our team at One Source Heating and Cooling. As a consultant, you will be responsible for selling HVAC equipment to residential customers and educating them on energy-efficient HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the HVAC needs of residential customers and initiate effective communication.
• Sell HVAC equipment to residential customers.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of HVAC products.
• Provide accurate price quotes and communicate pricing details and financing options.
• Develop tailored proposals outlining recommended HVAC solutions for residential customers.
• Actively seek and generate leads, collaborating with marketing for enhanced efforts.
• Regularly follow up with potential customers, addressing concerns and providing additional information.
• Educate customers on energy-efficient HVAC systems.
• Skillfully negotiate terms, close sales, and address objections effectively.
• Facilitate accurate and timely processing of HVAC equipment orders.
• Collaborate with the installation team for a smooth transition from sales to installation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and transactions.
• Foster long-term relationships with residential customers, providing post-sales support.
• Work towards exceeding sales targets and assess performance regularly.
• Stay informed about industry certifications and participate in training for enhanced sales skills.
Compensation Package:
• Competitive salary of $125,000.00-$200,000.00 per year.
