About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Blue Granite LLC dba Cornerstone Automation.
This full-time position involves servicing, repairing, and installing commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning; refrigeration systems; and heat pump systems.
A Journeyman license is not required but valued. Successful candidates will have strong diagnostic skills, following company policies and manufacturer's specifications to repair HVAC related equipment.
The ideal candidate must be able to accurately complete invoices, work orders, and other paperwork with a high level of attention to detail.
An estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and certifications.
Beyond technical expertise, we require excellent communication and customer relations skills, as well as a valid driver's license and successful completion of a pre-placement drug screening and criminal background check.
