Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in providing maintenance services to apartment communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing apartment service tickets, managing vacant apartments, and providing excellent customer service to residents.
About the Role:
• Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Complete apartment service tickets.
• Log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Manage vacant apartments through the turnover process.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and property manager to complete tasks.
• Work independently to complete tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• HVAC / EPA experience.
• Certification a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
Salary:$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
