We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will provide preventative maintenance services to customers, ensuring their HVAC systems run efficiently and effectively.

The Role
You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning HVAC systems, checking electrical components, and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and inspect HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct regular checks on electrical components to prevent malfunctions
• Identify and repair water leaks to prevent damage to equipment
• Generate leads for new equipment sales and accessory installations
• Communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance agreements to customers
• Work in extreme weather conditions, including heat waves and freezing temperatures
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance or repair
• EPA certification required; EPA Type II certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass background screening and drug test
• Standard technician tools and steel-toed boots required
Benefits and Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $52,800 - $64,000 per year ($13.00 - $16.00 per hour), depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits package.
Schedule and Work Environment:
This role requires an 8-hour shift schedule, with occasional overtime as needed. You will work on the road, visiting customers' properties to perform maintenance and repairs.
