Plumber Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to diagnose and repair plumbing issues, mentor Apprentice Plumbers, and work in a positive environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair plumbing problems on location
• Mentor Apprentice Plumbers to ensure knowledge transfer and development
• Work with homeowners to discuss and agree on repairs and installations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Journeyman license and relevant certifications
• 2 years of residential plumber experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Compensation Package:
• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
