Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Development Representative to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Key Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with mechanical contractors, specifying engineers, and other key stakeholders in the commercial HVAC industry.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Greensboro market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and provide value-added services
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers on commercial HVAC projects, including product selection, specification development, and installation guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and training, to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotions
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies to remain competitive and provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the commercial HVAC industry
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry, preferably with a focus on key account development and customer relationships
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer relationships
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC products, systems, and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Compensation and Benefits:
• Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
