We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generator to join our dynamic team at Watkins Heating & Cooling.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to build strong relationships with homeowners in the Mason area.
• Responsibilities:
• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door in suburban areas between South Dayton and Northern Cincinnati.
• Ask homeowners about their current HVAC company.
• Set appointments for homeowners for routine maintenance or replacement consultations.
Requirements:
• Great attitude and professional image.
• Coachable and self-disciplined.
• Reliable transportation.
