Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills and experience in general maintenance and repair tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities remain in excellent condition, providing a safe and functional environment for all.
Duties
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs and installs, on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with the installation of fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
Experience
• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools required for maintenance tasks.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry is essential.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Has to Have Prior HVAC , Plumbing and Electrical Experience

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $24.58 per hour
