We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our team at Ace Hardware Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality home preservation services to our customers.
The estimated salary for this position starts at $28,000 per year, with opportunities for commission-based earnings up to $45,000 annually. Job Responsibilities
This role involves installing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, designing and installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping, and maintaining accurate logs of all work performed. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation and a strong understanding of ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow principles.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation.

• Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR.
