Job Title: HVAC Account Manager
About Us: Watsco, Inc. is a leading distributor of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, parts, and supplies in the industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Account Manager to join our team in California, Arizona, or Nevada.
Job Description:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with contractors and customers to increase market share and prospect for new business opportunities.
• You will achieve or exceed individual territory sales budgets and contribute to overall regional sales goals.
• A strong understanding of the HVAC industry and its products is required.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.
About the Job: This is a full-time position with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Required Qualifications:

• Proven work history in sales and marketing with proficiency in air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.
