About the Position
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented School Custodian to join our facilities maintenance team at Salpointe Catholic. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school's buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize restrooms and bathrooms, including walls, floors, and fixtures.
• Daily Cleaning Tasks: Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, emptying trash and recycling containers, and restocking supplies.
• Equipment Operation: Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Building Security: Lock and unlock assigned buildings as needed.
Requirements
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in custodial services or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
