Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team, overseeing all aspects of HVAC/Mechanical construction projects. This role focuses on ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting profitability goals.
The ideal candidate will manage all assigned projects, excluding manpower coordination, which is handled by Field Superintendents and the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include conducting project head-start meetings, reviewing and finalizing project proposals, budgets, and schedules, and coordinating procurement and assembly with the Project Coordinator.
In addition, the successful candidate will perform equipment buyouts, oversee equipment purchases, prepare and submit RFIs, change orders, and monthly work-in-progress projections, and conduct regular reviews of job costs and schedules of values.
They will also manage project closeouts, including securing final punch list completion, retention billing, and ensuring all required documents are completed.
