About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Operations Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our HVAC equipment and systems in commercial settings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of service staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective strategies to manage workforce productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, tooling, and vehicle maintenance, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC operations or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving process efficiency, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills required.
