Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious HVAC Sales Representative to join our team in Omaha. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Maximize sales potential by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Create and maintain accurate customer profiles to inform sales strategies
• Identify growth opportunities on assigned accounts and new accounts
• Collaborate with other sales representatives to achieve sales goals
• Leverage promotions and programs to engage customers and drive sales
• Participate in regular account reviews to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide input on product offerings and inventory levels to optimize sales results
• Prioritize exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business
Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operational experience, including forklift operation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus bonus incentives based on sales performance. A competitive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan, is also offered.
