At Johnson Controls, we are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Project Mechanic Tradesman to join our team and work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards, as well as increased incentive opportunities for executed pull-through work.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of actual, practical working experience in the HVAC plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service/installation industry. They must be experienced in their trade and able to pass a satisfactory examination as to their skill.
This position requires 3+ years of residential / light commercial / commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience. A valid driver's license is required, and licenses to work with refrigerants are desired. Additionally, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge is helpful. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Average annual salary: $80,000-$110,000 depending on location and experience.
