Job Description
This is a 5-month contract position with the possibility of extension, requiring the selected individual to provide administrative support for HVAC Services in Folsom, CA.
The role involves reviewing and updating quotes within an existing database, communicating with quote owners, and submitting refreshed quotes through approval channels.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a prioritized workload.
