Job Description
This role requires a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the Resident Service Director in ensuring that our properties meet our established standards and any applicable laws. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
As a member of the Steward and Helm team, you will be responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs, as well as assisting with preventative maintenance procedures and apartment make readies. You will also be expected to monitor and complete service requests, ensuring completion and customer satisfaction in a timely fashion.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid EPA Certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a valid Driver's License.
