We're seeking a highly skilled HVAC Facility Maintenance Tech to join our team in Tampa, FL.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.
You'll spend your time performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, EPA certification, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment
• Documenting work completed and reporting any issues or concerns
