Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing is a dynamic company in the HVAC and Plumbing industry seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and dispatching HVAC service technicians and plumbers by optimizing routes and managing customer appointments.
• Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer information, work orders, and parts inventory.
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years of office or customer service experience with dispatching background preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service management software.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
