Bird & Bear Services is seeking a commercial flat roof installation technician to join our team as a flat roof construction expert. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofs on commercial buildings.
You will work with a variety of materials, including single-ply, standing seam, mod-bit, BUR, and coatings. You will remove and dispose of existing roofing material, carry and place materials for installation, operate hand tools and small equipment, apply adhesives, roll out and position singly-ply and BUR materials, install flashing and associated trim, and more.
This position offers an estimated salary of $20-$34 per hour, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including 401(k) matching, healthcare insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and vacation time.
