About the Role
This is a worksite-based position, and you will work onsite at one of our defined locations. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and repair various types of heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanical systems equipment.
• You will perform major repairs and replacements of mechanical plant equipment.
• Install, repair, and calibrate pneumatic and/or electric controls required for the operation of equipment and the control of temperature and humidity.
• Climb ladders, work aloft, and move/lift items generally not exceeding 100 lbs.
An estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year is expected, based on location and experience.
