We are seeking a highly motivated Residential HVAC Consultant to join our team at Spurk HVAC, LLC. As an In-Home Sales Professional, you will work directly with homeowners to provide customized HVAC solutions tailored to their needs.
Job Description:
• Meet with homeowners to offer customized HVAC system solutions and ensure seamless job execution.
• Schedule and manage sales opportunities generated by marketing efforts, maintaining percentages of self-generated leads as established by the company.
• Collaborate with the installation department to guarantee excellent customer relationships from the point of sale through installation.
You will also attend networking events to raise awareness of company services and ensure sales targets are met and reported to management. Our ideal candidate possesses in-home residential sales experience and direct HVAC sales is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with homeowners to understand their HVAC needs and preferences.
• Provide expert knowledge of HVAC systems and products to homeowners.
• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of in-home residential sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
