Job Summary:
This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled In-Home Sales Professional to join our team. You will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to offer customized HVAC system solutions, scheduling and managing sales opportunities, and collaborating with the installation department to ensure seamless job execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and referrals.

• Provide expert knowledge of HVAC systems and products to homeowners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of in-home residential sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
