About the Position
APR Supply Co. is seeking an experienced Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Responsibilities Include:
• Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets by developing strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, competitive landscape, and market development through continuous learning and training programs.
• Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, various departments, and vendors.
Requirements:
• Certifications/Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license.
• Experience/Skills: Successful sales abilities, strong computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Annual Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (estimated based on location and experience).
