Key Responsibilities:
• We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• The successful candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, recommend effective solutions, and ensure optimal system performance.
• This role requires installing, repairing, or replacing components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• You will collaborate with our team to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
• The ideal candidate will be able to accurately document service activities, stay updated on industry advancements, and continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
• A valid HVAC technician license/certification is necessary, along with strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards, as well as excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Additionally, you will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is also required.
