A.C. Coy is looking for a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. This person will provide technical support for data centers, remote offices, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technical support and be able to work a shift schedule of 3pm-11pm Sunday through Thursday.
About the Position
This full-time role comes with an estimated annual salary of $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience. Candidates must have a strong background in computer systems, networking, and infrastructure technical support. They should also be familiar with a ticket tracking system and have an associate degree or equivalent experience. A bachelor's degree or related experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
• Providing onsite technical support for data centers and remote offices
• Ensuring hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged and staff notified
• Performing equipment/network/fiber/copper installs and decommissions
• Maintaining data center racking, fiber, power, and network equipment
