About the Job
You will work closely with the General Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules, perform routine inspections, and troubleshoot equipment issues. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems, including installation, inspection, and repair
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights
