Key Responsibilities:
• Work safely and follow all laboratory and facility safety protocols
• Monitor and report on HVAC systems functionality daily
• Complete preventative maintenance and job work orders efficiently
• Identify and repair issues with equipment and systems
• Manage HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality
Requirements:
• HS Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in related field
• Commercial HVAC system expertise
• General machining and tool usage skills
• Fabrication and welding skills (Mig and Tig)
• Design and blueprint reading abilities
• Electrical knowledge and time management skills
Compensation:
Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
