We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our Mechanical Group in Lawrence, PA. As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of HVAC and/or Plumbing projects up to $3 Million.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
• Contract Execution: Oversee the execution of contracts between EMCOR Services Scalise Industries and clients.
• Team Supervision: Supervise a team of technical employees responsible for maintaining a strong, trained, and disciplined workforce.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and track expenses to ensure profitability.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• Education: A degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
• Experience: Three to five years of experience in Mechanical Project Management for HVAC and/or Plumbing projects.
• Licenses: City of Pittsburgh HVAC License and Allegheny County Master Plumbing License are a plus.
Our estimated salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
